Big day

Laser eye surgery. Fed up with being reliant on glasses, and feeling vulnerable without a pair to hand, I had a bit of a mid life crisis moment and booked myself in at a fantastic clinic, set up by one of the former students from our school who I know. I don't think I'd have trusted anyone else!

Incredibly, after a few hours with my eyes shut, I opened them to the delight of being able to read without glasses. Incredible.
