Heads (and tails)

A beautiful sunny day today, unfortunately I spent it attending various appointments.
I have been dreading my 6 month check up since this but it was ok. Once I get this set of results, if I get the all clear, I can go back to the usual 3 yearly checks.
I feel like I've been kicked by a horse.
Glass of wine and an early night for me.
