Old versus New

I had to laugh today; J's mum just got a new smart meter today which she was showing off and we were talking about technology, smart phones and the Internet of Things (not that she knew this is what she was referring to) then I saw this timer! A timer they have had since she got married in 1955 and they can't bear to change, glued together and with a retro charm it makes me smile :-)
