Last minute blip

I took my parents to Bordeaux airport today as Easyjet assured us the flight was on time despite the French air traffic controllers strike, and I had also booked some assistance for them so I was keen to be reassured that this was in place.
Well I won't bore you all with the nightmare journey they had, but just to say that I don't think we'll be booking assistance again, so two 79 year olds will have to make their own way, but at least they won't be abandoned for over an hour in an empty Gatwick corridor, thinking that they'll never get out again!
Meanwhile I popped into IKEA as it's on the way home and totally forgot about my blip. So this is a photo of the acer in my garden, with curious little pink seeds, a bit like those you find on a sycamore.
