Blue Berry Pancakes

Last night we ordered pizza. So this breakfast is the first attempt I've made at cooking actual food since Missy Ann has been laid-up with a foot injury.

They were made from a mix with some blue berrys thrown in and they weren't half bad. (Clean-up takes me way longer than it does her.)
