To cut to the chase, these are in the ArtSpace in The City Art Centre where children can create their own art. Does this mean this photograph is art or just an act of desperation? Do you find something pleasing in the colours and shapes or is it just a collection of scissors? Does it really matter? Have I asked enough questions?
