Lunch.....

Today my nephew came to work with me as he had a working day at school.

He is a natural elite athlete for his age having broken most athletic and rugby records at school and is in high demand by all codes of sports including rugby basketball and volleyball.

Today I ruined his diet by filling him up with a hot chocolate, 3 muesli bars, cake, two pies, a vanilla coke, and a litre of flavoured milk , All before 11am.

We had a great day full of laughs and banter. We joked that his mother is going to kill me.

He is 79 kg and 6ft 4" tall.

He is 14 years old.

I dont mind, - Sometimes you have to be bad.
