Rainbow reading

There are many ways to arrange books on your shelves: title, author, subject, size even. However, I only know one person who organises books by colour. I had a pile of books by the side of my bed that I have read, am reading and may or will read (I tend to use the Kindle these days) and was able to come up with a vaguely rainbow order. Apart from anything, putting a suitable selection together might rekindle (sorry, couldn't resist) an interest in half-forgotten titles.
