New bloom

Just a very quick snap today as I have been stuck indoors doing paperwork stuff before heading out to work.

This is the first of our plentiful poppy to burst out in bloom. There are going to be a whole lot more very soon! They are beautiful big heavy flowers and will fill the garden with their sea of red.

One year ago today, I met my My Beautiful Man.
