Hogmanay

Today is the last day of 2009 and Uncle Charles, Auntie Kirsty, Dad's friend Barry and his wife Kate came to see us. And like everyone seems to do these days, they brought presents for me. Uncle Charles and Auntie Kirsty gave me a book about penguins and a lovely soft cuddly elephant called Edward (just like Dad!). Barry and Kate gave me a rattly tin that has jigsaw pieces in it. I kept everyone entertained for a while, then Kate very kindly read my books to me and watched In the Night Garden with me whilst Mum and Dad got dinner ready. Mum did my bath and bed tonight and I went to sleep without any fuss.
