Forging ahead...

Unlike me, this Lily of the Valley plant has the energy to forge ahead, and force it's way up through the jungle of Hostas in my garden.

I've had to cancel all my plans for today, including an evening in Bath for the opening of the annual Music Festival, when the city is alive with street performers and musicians, and a big open air party is held in the Parade Gardens with a firework grand finale. And all on a beautiful warm evening... So frustrating!!!! :(

So sorry it's a repeat blip performance but it's the best I could do today!
