Garden
I had a particularly busy day because I'm on leave next week and had to do stuff that would otherwise have been at the back of my mind and distracting me. I had to pop up to the office in order to put an expenses claim in the internal mail and took the opportunity to make our first use of The Key. It meant that I walked down to Stockbridge to get the bus home, via what will now be my favourite route bar none.
The gardens had changed a lot since we last visited - lots more green leafage and lots more flowers. Bluebells, cranesbill, alkanet, cow-parsley; and there were hawthorns and laburnams blooming in abundance. The scents took me back to early summer in the lost garden of my childhood.
