Sacks of Scallops

It is just after seven in the morning and these scallops
landed before dawn have already been bagged and sold
at the market where they now stand. Shortly they will be
on their way to Scotland for factory processing. Then to
the restaurants of Europe. How fortunate we are to have
such a rich provider of food on our doorstep and those
willing to go out to sea in all weather to bring it in.
The Golden Ball pub, the subject of a previous blip, can be
seen in the background warmed by the early morning sun.
