Three in a Row

A day off for both of us today. We'd arranged a surprise birthday lunch for Annie's stepmum. The family gathered and we headed over to a wonderful pub called The Nutree Inn at Murcott in Oxfordshire. The food was to die for including one of the lightest souffles we'd ever had. The weather was great too and we ate outside making the most of it. By the time we set off home, it had clouded over a little but we stopped for these trees.

This evening the girls arrived and I (Chris) have been busy getting Immy organised for her trial Duke of Edinburgh award expedition tomorrow and Sunday. She's packed now and ready to go!
