Happy New Year

Woke up very late today (12.30) to the smell of coffee and bacon. I'd say that was a pretty damn good start to 2010 eh?

Had a lazy day of going to first foot my parents, lingering in the house watching television and then getting dinner made for me at night.

The fireworks last night were fantastic. Acronymphomania has a flat with an amazing view of Edinburgh Castle and looking at his photos you can see how great we had it.

New years resolutions include trying to drink more water, losing some weight (although I have that one every year...), drinking less coffee, watching movies with a little bit more culture and reading more. My reading has severely lapsed in the last few years - I used to get through a book a week easily but since the gaming took over it's sort of slipped a little.
