Harping on

The Nelson market is a great venue for buskers. Some have 'their' sites and others just turn up in odd spots.

I heard a beautiful waterfall of music as I was wading my way through the crowd, and was stunned to find it coming from this young lady's fingers. I had to stop, put down the 5 bags I was by then carrying, and get my camera out to take her photo.

While I was taking photos I had a long chat to a gentleman about the merits of various cameras, then went to a money machine (I was out of cash) to get some money to put in her hat. It was worth the extra distance lugging all my packages - she and her music deserved it.
