hot and thirsty

The community farm poly tunnels have been repaired/replaced and food production is well under way. The water pipe to the new tunnels is not yet connected so they have to be watered by hand at the moment. I did my first stint this morning and by 9.30 am the temp was 40 degrees inside. By the time I'd finished I had a banging headache from dehydration. Good for the plants not good for the humans!
Busy day preparing for my 3rd hypno birthing class in the evening. There's a lot of work to do, but it will get easier as I get more familiar with it.
