Baptism at OLM

It's a beautiful day and a Nigerian baby is getting baptized at church. The family is very well dressed and it's fun to see all the fancy outfits.

After mass there was a youth group meeting. We talked about the different faces of the Virgin Mary.

I also found someone to go on the Camino with! I'm so excited. Catherine, my new Jamaican-American friend, is coming with me! I've cast the line out several times at church and nobody has bit on the bait until now. I'm looking forward to it. Now, we have to begin planning!
