Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens

Well. My favourite things might be different to Maria's. I prefer Zippos and lighters and things that burn brightly.

Sadly, I couldn't come up with a second line.....

For the first time, I had to get a tripod out. I was getting decent results handholding up to 1" exposure, but apparently 1.6" is, to quote Monty Python, "Right out." I could put the ISO up higher, but then it got noisy. I much preferred the effect with a lower one.
