Homeward bound

Had the last of the nice big cooked breakfasts followed by another full on day in the office before having to leave early to catch my flight.... only to get to London City to find that my flight had been delayed by an hour!! Grump!

This is the view from the City Airport DLR platform - and is probably a big part of the reason I am currently trying to come up with a better food/diet plan!
