Achievement

So last week...I think I jinxed the shelf not long after uploading the blip, Virn text a picture of it on the floor. Seems there was one corner not flush enough for her liking (bloody perfectionist) so she took it off. Fair enough.

So...we happened to both be awake at 545am. Decided as were awake and texting we should just commence DIY. I headed over. We got so much done by 9am. However we had to go and buy lots of condiuit to run all the speaker cable. We agreed we are really not capable of explaining to any other human what happened to get it all to work. All we know is that we giggled LOTS!

By 7 pm we were beyond exhausted. Domino's and Short Circuit 2 was on the menu. We then decided to go for a pint, Sarah came along for a bit, then later The Muirheads came out to play. Virn felt compelled to go to 'The Auld Hoose' because a local made her finally feel like a local! We had a great time. But what a long long day!
