Lovely day for a walk in the hills.

This is one of the best parts of LH's job. To get paid to walk around the hills looking at archaeology. What made today even better, was the opportunity to head out on my own, with nobody else to worry about, and no phone signal to pester me. Always enjoy seeing deer, foxes and other wildlife, bemused as to why a human has bothered to wander around their forest.

Found two pre-imporovement farmsteads. Nice.
