This is Darcy Bussell

This is the first bloom on a new rose in our garden. She is named after Darcy Bussell, the ballet dancer (and now judge on SCD). My sister and brother in law bought it for us last October for a very happy event.

Now that I am a member I must investigate filling in some of my past blanks. So I will let you know when you can peek into my/our past!!!


The rose is very dark red and the scent is wonderful. We have planted near the house so that when ( and I do mean when, we don't get the chance enough) we will be able to enjoy the perfume.
