A Room with a View

We have been off with No. 1 son today to view a flat that he might consider buying, but I think it was a no-no in the end. Needed a lot of work, the vendor will not drop the price, and apparently a 'mad woman' lives in the flat upstairs!! He has others to view next week, so keeping our fingers crossed.
Anyway, stopped for an ice-cream on the way home, and got this lovely view of the Plym, from the grounds of Saltram House. Beautiful day here, so hope you are all enjoying some great summer weather.
