There be Dragons in the Glen

We went for a walk in the Fairy Glen in Rosemarkie near Fortrose. At the end of the walk was a super waterfall but the most interesting feature was a large fallen tree trunk that had hundreds of coins hammered into it so it looked for all the world like a dragons scaly body. Some of the coins were pre decimal so quite an age. However the bit of Scot in me meant that I had to try and prise out some of the loose change, just for the bus of course.
