Sushi Chef

We continue to patronize the sushi restaurant in town that catered our complex sushi party back in March. We do all we can to ensure this wonderful place stays in business, including introducing as many people as possible to its charms. It seems word has gotten out, they were packed this evening when we took some visiting friends for their first time. The owner/chef who was on hand at the party, was overseeing sub chef Javier (according to his shirt) prepare our party boat (yes, once again we ordered enough rolls to qualify for the big ship of sushi). I snapped a couple of quick shots as he put together our selections. I liked the red wall in the background, it says Japan to me, and serious expression on our chef's face.
