Down in the garden..

Hey guys hope this finds you all well. My mood is not too bad today pain is the just the same, no Linda's tonight.

Managed to do a slow food shop today, and its dans birthday too hes a whole 19years....

Dave's just watching football after that im going to try a little walk with him wish me luck.
