Spotted some snow covered holly on my walk and thought I'd do one last festive blip before the end of the Christmas/New Year season.

I've just cooked a lovely Southern Sausage Stew - recipe taken from my new Jamie Oliver book, which is just brimming with things I can't wait to cook. The result was fantastic if I say so myself, very spicy. I made it in my new slow cooker. I'm currently washing it down with a nice glass of red wine. Life doesn't get better than that, really.
