I know it's juvenile, but.....
...does anyone fancy a shag?
There were lots of birds to see today. A pair of Great Skuas (Bonxies), Rozorbills, Lapwings, Skylarks, a nest of Ravens, Cormorants and lots and lots of more common avians. There were some pretty little wild flowers on show and also a small tortoiseshell butterfly that needed rescuing from inside Boloquoy Mill.
I had to apologize to Rod the ranger for accusing him of being the kiss of death on the weather front as today was gorgeous. It's turned a bit now but we've enjoyed many hours of clear blue skies.
