Dolgellau Station

Yes it closed in 1964, but this is a wonderful model displayed over the weekend at Tŷ Siamas in Dolgellau. This is a view looking West towards the station (which was GWR on one platform and Cambrian on the other!). Even the bottom of our road was on the model, which made me realise just how handy the station would have been for us if it had survived the Beeching axe.
