The children break up from school today and the Christmas break truly begins. Both Rowan and Murron are very excited, Sam is playing it cool - but under that calm exterior is a wee boy anticipating Christmas just like his sisters. I finished my wrapping and met Nick in Edinburgh for lunch at the Fruitmarket Gallery - our last window to be together without the children until they return to school. It was fun and I got home just in time to see Murron appear with a HUGE smile from the bus.
