Happy new....cast iron skillet

Arrived back in NY yesterday evening to a very cold and wet evening, not helped by long lines at immigration, an elusive taxi driver and one of our neighbors having a very big party. Home by 10.30pm so plenty of time to have some champers and open our Christmas presents before midnight. I put one of my presents to use this morning to make a new years frittata!
