Whitby (or The Journey From Hell).

Today I really thought we were going to end up being one of those people you see on the news who either have to sleep in their car or else just abandon their vehicle to the elements. For the reasons why see Twinblips journal.

To cut a long story short I had the great idea of going to Whitby. Nice few hours out (once we got there) but a genuinely frightening journey home.

48 miles took 3 hours and 35 minutes. But the most important thing is we got home safely.

Note: original write up said 2h 35m but Mrs Buzzcocksfan has just corrected me as we didn't arrive home until 5.30pm.
