Burning

Pretty much sums up our day at work! Our air conditioning doesn't work so (according to the thermometers on the gardening section) it's been over 25° inside the shop all day. Probably a few degrees higher around 2pm when the shop was heaving. Is that illegal? Even if not, it's incredibly unpleasant for us to be working in the heat like that, customers complain because it's too hot for then but they're only there for about fifteen minutes - we're there for several hours! Oh well, only a few more shifts left before our week off!

Speaking of which, yesterday part 1 of Nick's anniversary present turned up.... Only it was wrong so I had to post it back or the right one today (company were great about it so no worries there) and part 2 arrived this morning! He knows about the first one but the second he has no idea about. Nothing too exciting but it's a trilogy he's been meaning to get on bluray for a while. At least, I'm hoping he has. If not it's too late now and he will have to learn quickly to be a good liar!
