Going underground

I wanted to do something a bit different today so off I went to The Museum of Scottish Industrial Life at Summerlee in Coatbridge. The best bit was a trip down a real mine shaft. I was just the right size but I don't think I would have liked being a miner working in the dark and dirty conditions ... and I wasn't that taken with the company car either!
