Clover

This morning we took the train up to London to take part in the "Space for Cycling" event (there was nothing closer). It was a good day, the event was well attended and well marshalled. We also picked up some new tyres for my better half's hybrid bike - the current ones have seen better days.

When we came home in the early afternoon I took some flower pictures and this is my favourite. It's a red clover (Trifolium pratense) and it's about to burst into flower.

After dinner we were also treated to a new episode of Wallander on BBC4, it's good to see him again, but he doesn't look so healthy and his memory is going. However I know that in the books his health does fail, so the TV company are just working that into their stories.
