home made cheese.. actually kinda cool

Today we made Mozzarella Cheese.

It really is just milk when it comes down to it, but a bit of a process involving thermometers and some moments of mild panic.

Well, I wasn't expecting much, but it tastes pretty good. Pleasantly surprised.

going to give it the true test of it's abilities tonight with home made pizzas. That reminds me actually, I need to go and knock the dough down.
