Horse Chestnut Blossom
We're lucky in the village to have a lot of horse chestnut although the trees are now suffering the twin blights of bleeding canker and another pest (a moth I think it is) which attacks their leaves late in the season. But here's some blossom, just a little past its best, but conveniently close enough to the ground to make it easy for me to get a photo of before it fades completely.
