Bramble Bay
Sunset (530pm) at the site of the old Hornibrook Bridge (Oct 1935 - Jul 2010) and to the right is Houghton Hwy (Dec 1997 - ) for traffic heading North. A third (30m further to the right - single support stump) bridge is Ted Smout Memorial Bridge (Jul 2010 - ) taking traffic South. The duplications was later renamed with the same name.
Bramble Bay:
The northern shoreline forms the southern peninsula shape of the Redcliffe City suburbs of Clontarf and Woody Point, whilst the southern shoreline follows Brisbane City suburbs of Brighton, Sandgate and the northern Shorncliffe shoreline.
Bramble Bay flows into Hays Inlet to the north-west, and Pine River flows into Bramble Bay to the south-west.
