Run, Run, Run!

Today we went into Aberdeen to see our son take part in the Baker Hughes 10K Fun Run.
(It doesn't sound like fun to me but ....)
This is the third year in a row that he has taken part and he had a personal best time today of 55 minutes.
He doesn't run every day, but he stopped smoking a couple of years ago, thank goodness, and he now exercises fairly regularly and we are proud of him.
I think he takes his running ability from me as I was placed third equal in an egg and spoon race when I was eleven.
