Supporting the Samaritans

This cycling event today at Sandringham is in aid of The Samaritans a UK and Ireland organisation dedicated to helping people experiencing despair or contemplating suicide. In the ups and downs of life who knows which of us might have need of their services.

I shall be away a few days, I'll catch up later in the week though and submit some back flips from the English Lake District where I am enjoying a reunion with former colleagues, modest wining and dining, putting the world to rights; that sort of thing.
