Day of Rest

Decided to have a quieter Sunday following the busy weekends of the last few weeks. We had never visited the Yorkshire Sculpture Park - by coincidence I just happened to pick up a Yorkshire Art booklet and that was the decision made.

We arrived before the crowds and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves walking through rolling countryside spotting different sculptures along the way. As you can imagine rather a lot of photographs were taken and I was rather spoilt for choice.

Finally decided on this as it summed up my need to recharge the batteries amongst some delightful countryside as well as reflecting the beautiful sunny weather. Definitely high on the agenda for another visit.
