A beautiful day

We took our friend Ramesh to the station for him to get the train to Paris then a flight back to India. And then for a long bike ride - well 45kms to Aubeterre where there is a great ice cream shop ... I really felt fit today but fly back to the UK tomorrow and need to find a way to keep the cycling going as we depart on our bike tour in just over two weeks time!! Easy for fitness to slip away in that time but I am sure I will be fine... I am hiring a bike near to where I will be so that I can get some miles in. Anyway this is Aubeterre ...
