Alice...

Here is Alice in the swing
It's hard to believe that she is a year old on Wednesday!

Is it my imagination or does time speed up as you get older?
I remember the summer holidays stretching away endlessly when I was 8
But now 6 weeks is gone in the blink of an eye
And lifetimes have passed by too quickly

Sadly, my mum never got to meet Alice,
But if you're looking down mum,
She's just like you :-)
