Lolly pop
We had a wonderful walk this morning, along the river, across the valley and up to the nature reserve with Sam and Ceri. The day was so perfect. The colours, smells and sounds are just so vibrant at the moment. Popped into a craft centre were you fell for a toy cat which Auntie Ceri insisted on buying you, which was so lovely of her. You held onto it and cuddled it for the rest of the walk. Served to cool both you and I down as it was between us, as I was carrying you in the carrier.
When we got to the reserve, you walked all the way round, building up quite a fair bit of speed. You are totally absorbed by streams, rivers and any bit of water really.
We sat out and had another yummy lunch that Sam cooked and a very stressful meal for mummy, as you were tired so you were fussy over your food, would not sit on our knees, but would not go down on the floor either. Proper melt down!! Which I couldn't handle too well either. We got you in the car, as we wanted to get off, and within about 5 mins, you were fast asleep.
Good sleep time in the car and then off to Tirley Garth, mummies old place of work as there was an open day. Met Nan and Grumpa, did MORE walking and sat on the grass to eat ice lollies. You enjoyed sharing your lolly with Gran. Saw uncle Matt, busy at work.
