Rusty Rook
My Blip a couple of days ago was from Waterperry Gardens. Whilst there, I bought this metal bird as a garden ornament. I quite like this sort of thing; it stands on a pole and is weighted so that it rocks in the breeze. It's coloured so that it looks weathered and rusted because, of course, we aren't patient enough nowadays to wait for it to become weathered and rusted naturally. I just hope that within a couple of years the real rust will take over from the artificial stuff!
