What's the advantage of getting to a plant sale early? That you get the best range of plants to buy? That there aren't too many people around? No. Certainly not. So that you have the best choice of cakes, of course!

I bought some chives. You can't have too many chives in a garden, if you ask me. You don't want to feel you have to be sparing in the chive department when cooking. It blunts the edge of flavour.
