Kailua Bay

decided to get out of honolulu and go swimming at kailua bay. president obama is vacationing at kailua, but we didn't see him. the beach is beautiful. a perfect beach except we like it a bit more lively with fun waves, but it was a fun outing. we took the local bus.

tomorrow we go to kona on the big island for two weeks. this is our real vacation. we decided to spend three days in honolulu because i had never been here. we enjoy the big island so much and especially like to visit the active volcano.
