Basket Case

It took longer than I'd expected for the cat basket to arrive, as I'd omitted to notice that not only is it made in China but was also to be despatched from there, albeit by Air Mail. And once it arrived, it also took a while to persuade Sweep that it is more comfortable than the rather tatty doormat which has been her favourite resting place up until now. This afternoon, however, she seems finally to have got the message - the fact that it's a very warm day, and sleeping anywhere seems like a good option, probably helped as well.
