My morning was taken up with paperwork and ironing so I was delighted to get out walking to Spin class.

While there I met an old friend who is busy at university these days and don't often see her, so we had a good chat over a cuppa.

Took a few blips on my way home but since the bee came out nice an clear he was my choice for today. Large
